Third-Party Links & Advertising
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites.
We may allow others to provide analytics and other services and/or serve advertisements on our or their own behalf across the internet and in applications. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites and applications, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and/or links clicked. This information may be used by us and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Services and other websites and better understand your online activity. For more information about interest-based ads and options you may have, please visit www.aboutads.info/choices.
Cookies & Automatic Data Collection Tools
Like most online services, we may use cookies and other technologies (such as web beacons) when you use our Services or interact with us. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us deliver certain functionality (such as displaying videos on our Services), improve our Services and your experience, and enable us to see which areas and features of our Services are popular by counting visits. Web beacons are electronic images that may be used on our Services or emails and help deliver cookies, count visits and understand usage and campaign effectiveness. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Services.
Analytics, Session Recording & Visitor Identification
We use PostHog, a third-party product analytics platform, to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. PostHog helps us measure things such as pages viewed, buttons and links clicked, time spent on pages, referral source, and general device and browser information. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies and is processed by PostHog, Inc. on our behalf, including on servers located in the United States. You can review PostHog's privacy practices at posthog.com/privacy.
As part of this analytics, we use session recording (also called "session replay"). This feature creates a reconstruction of a visitor's interactions with our website — for example, pages viewed, mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, and navigation between pages — so that we can diagnose usability issues and improve the experience. We configure this feature to mask text entered into form fields (such as your name, email address, company, and message), and we do not use it to collect the contents of what you type. We do not use session recording to capture sensitive personal information.
We also use Apollo.io, a third-party business intelligence service, to help us understand which companies visit our website. This service uses cookies and similar technologies to associate website visits with company-level information (such as an organization's name, industry, and size) based on signals like network information. We use this at the company level only: we do not use it to identify individual visitors by name or contact details. Apollo processes this data on our behalf; you can review Apollo's privacy practices at apollo.io/privacy-policy.
You can limit or opt out of this collection at any time by configuring your browser to reject or remove cookies, by enabling any "Do Not Track" or global privacy control signal your browser supports, or by contacting us at privacy@prae.ai. Disabling cookies may affect the availability and functionality of some parts of our Services.
